Para los tres niveles mencionados en el art\u00edculo anterior he confeccionado una planificaci\u00f3n de 15-16 semanas (en la jerga del entrenamiento se denominan microciclos) por el modelo de programaci\u00f3n ATR de cargas concentradas.<\/p>\n<p> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><FONT size=2>Dicha programaci\u00f3n se compone de 3 macrociclos<SPAN> <\/SPAN>(periodos de entrenamiento de varios microciclos); 1 de Acumulaci\u00f3n, otro de Transformaci\u00f3n y otro de Realizaci\u00f3n, es decir, el ATR. <\/p>\n<p><\/SPAN><\/p>\n<p> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><FONT size=2><\/p>\n<p><\/SPAN><\/p>\n<p> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify\"><FONT size=2><FONT size=2>El primer macrociclo no aparece en la tabla, ya que presupongo que todos los deportistas que vayan a realizarlo tienen hecho un trabajo de base previo, cada uno a su nivel claro. <\/p>\n<p><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/p>\n<p> <P class=MsoNormal style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
