Luego hervir los d\u00e1tiles con agua, vino, az\u00facar y canela durante 10 minutos. Una vez cocidos, dejar que enfr\u00eden, retirarles los huesos y cortarlos en peque\u00f1os dados. Hidratar el cusc\u00fas con el alm\u00edbar y, finalmente, montar la compota mezclando todos los ingredientes en un bol.
