Embadurnarlo generosamente con una pasta preparada con la mostaza y el aceite, cubrirlo a continuaci\u00f3n con tiras de bacon y l\u00e1minas de calabac\u00edn, y envolverlo luego con la masa de hojaldre que pinchamos y pintarmos con huevo. Seguidamente asarlo a 200 grados durante quince minutos.
