{"id":179,"date":"2011-03-02T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-03-02T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.elcorreo.com\/culinariosidad\/?p=179"},"modified":"2011-03-02T12:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-03-02T12:00:00","slug":"tostada-carnaval-patata-y-nueces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.elcorreo.com\/culinariosidad\/2011\/03\/02\/tostada-carnaval-patata-y-nueces\/","title":{"rendered":"Tostada de carnaval de patata y nueces"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><IMG src=\"\/culinariosidad\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\" id=\"img_0\" class=\"imgcen\"><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 taza de mantequilla.<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de canela.<br \/>\n2 tazas de az\u00facar.<br \/>\n5 huevos, con yemas y claras separadas.<br \/>\n1 taza de nata o leche evaporada.<br \/>\n1 taza de pur\u00e9 de patatas frescas y otra de copos de patata.<br \/>\n1 taza de nueces picadas.<br \/>\n1 taza de harina tamizada dos veces.<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de vainilla.<br \/>\nRaspaduras de la piel de 1 lim\u00f3n.<br \/>\n2 cucharaditas de levadura en polvo.<br \/>\nHarina.<br \/>\nLeche.<br \/>\nAceite.<\/p>\n<p>Trabajar la mantequilla con el az\u00facar hasta que est\u00e9 cremosa e incorporar las yemas de huevo una a una.  A\u00f1adir los dem\u00e1s ingredientes, excepto las claras de huevo, que primero batiremos a punto de nieve y luego uniremos con la mezcla. Vertemos la pasta obtenida en un molde antiadherente de unos 20 cent\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro, coci\u00e9ndola en el horno durante hora y media a 150\u00ba. Una vez lista, la dejamos enfriar y cortamos en porciones rectangulares  que empapamos con leche, escurrimos, pasamos por huevo y fre\u00edmos.
