Seguidamente sacar el conejo del agua y desmigarlo. En el mismo caldo, que tendr\u00e1 mucho sabor a curry, cocer la calabaza sin piel y luego triturarla hasta conseguir un pur\u00e9. Finalmente, cocer el arroz durante 17 minutos en el caldo con curry, teniendo en cuenta que debe de quedar caldoso. Ya s\u00f3lo queda emplatar, colocando primero una base de arroz y sobre ella la crema de calabaza, encima de la cual ponemos el conejo.
